What to pray for

Not much is less efficient than workers not knowing what their mission is.

2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.

3 I will bless those who bless you, ... and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." - Genesis 12:2-3 

Christians are not just blessed for their own sake. Christians are blessed that they may be a blessing to others. Christians are called that they may called other. They are healed that they may bring healing to  others. It is important that we pray for christians to know what they are called to. As Andrew Murray puts it: until we know what we are called to it is difficult to call others to follow. 

Once we know it is important that we whole heartedly hear, believe and follow the calling for us. 

How to pray

Pray for the Holy Spirit may to make it clear to believers what their calling is. Pray for conviction and sincerity in the calling. Pray for humility and courage to live the calling of following Christ that we give to others.
