Spirit's behavior

A woman here at Trinity told a group a women her advise: teach your babies to say "da da" first, then when they wake in the night, dad will be on duty.

It matched this quote from Diadochus of Fotike I found in Cantalemessa's book, "Come Creator Spirit."

When teaching us to cry "Abba," the Spirit behaves "like a mother teaching
her own little baby to say 'daddy,' repeating that word along with the baby until it becomes so much the baby's habit that it calls its daddy even in its sleep.

Anyone know who Diadochus of Fotike is?
